We don't imagine that T.S. Elliot was referring to Web Production, but we do assert that all of our projects have one common starting point; the end. We believe that the key to success on any given project is in identifying agreed measureable short-term and long-term goals at the outset of the project. Only when we have clearly identified what we want to achieve can we carefully plan how we will achieve it.

The 54 Degrees Development process has been developed and refined based on best practice in the fields of Project Management and our Teams own experience within the Internet Industry. Our process is optimized for rapid development, and has been crafted for a high degree of flexibility. This allows us to adapt our process to fulfill projects of different scale and complexity and still deliver the same high quality results on time and within budget.
